I loved staying in this bed and breakfast. The location was perfect, within walking distance to so many places in the city. The breakfast provided each morning was exceptional with fresh baked goods, fruit dishes and great coffee. I also really enjoyed the historic feel of the house.

This hotel is located in a great area, surrounded by lots of historical homes in the quiet James Bay neighborhood. The attention to detail is outstanding, with beautifully decorated rooms and basic amenities like a balcony and a private bath. The staff provide excellent service and the gourmet breakfast is a delightful start to the day.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

The rooms were nicely decorated, fairly quiet and with the king size bed. The location was marvellous, in a quiet neighborhood! Besides, it was right by downtown locations, Dallas road/Clover point beaches and hike and James Bay shopping area, downtown Victoria.

Location: the hotel was really close to the historical centre, the harbour, parliament, the Empress and the Provincial Museum and the tourist area of downtown Victoria. I had a nice size room here with a balcony as well as a kitchen.
